"Will the Supreme Court rule in our favor, or in favor of the former employee? The answer would help us decide whether to settle with her out of court."

Court Case.jpg

In this chart, the querent and the organization she is part of are signified by the Moon at 20° Leo. The former employee who is suing the organization is signified by Saturn retrograde at 3° Sagittarius. The Supreme Court judge is shown by the ruler of the 10th house, Jupiter at 13° Leo, and the verdict is signified by Mercury at 24° Taurus.

Jupiter, positioned at 13° Leo, is indifferent to the Moon and is in the detriment of Saturn. This indicates that the judge is unfavorable toward the former employee. Mercury, representing the verdict, is in the exaltation of the Moon, which is very positive for the organization, as it shows that the verdict is strongly inclined toward them. The next aspect the Moon makes is a square to Mercury. This is the testimony indicating that the organization will win the case. However, because the aspect is a square, the chart suggests that the organization would need to make an extra effort - perhaps by gathering additional evidence of the damage the former employee allegedly caused or any other documentation that could help persuade the judge.

And so it proved: the case lasted for years, and the organization had to provide extensive evidence demonstrating the harm caused by the former employee. The Supreme Court ultimately ruled in favor of the organization, although the process was lengthy. In the end, the organization won the case.
