Can I ask more than one question at the same time?
If your questions are connected to the same topic, yes - they can be answered in the same consultation. If they’re about different topics, it’s better that you choose the one that feels most pressing. Questions on different topics can't be answered in the same reading because horary astrology works by focusing on one subject at a time.
How should I proceed if I have various concerns on different subjects?
If you have concerns on separate topics, they need to be addressed one at a time. Each question needs its own consultation so I can give you a clear and accurate reading. Please begin by submitting the question that is most important to you. I’ll answer that first. Once you’ve received your reply, you’re welcome to submit your next question, and continue in this way as needed.
Are there limits on how often I can ask questions?
There are no limits, as different concerns come up at different times. However, I encourage using astrology sparingly. If a question is repeated without any meaningful change in the situation, I won’t answer it again. This approach helps ensure that the guidance you receive remains clear, relevant, and genuinely useful.
Do you need my birth details?
No. A horary chart is cast for the time, date, and place where the astrologer understands the question. If your question isn’t fully clear and I need to reach out for clarification, I’ll cast the chart for the moment your question becomes fully clear to me.
How long does it take to receive the answer to my horary consultation?
Usually within two business days after I receive your question, any necessary clarifications, and the payment. If, for any reason, I am unable to reply within that timeframe, I will let you know.
How will I receive my answer?
I will send your answer in clear, straightforward language with minimal astrological terminology. Should you wish to understand the astrological reasoning behind the judgement, you are welcome to ask, and I will gladly provide an explanation, along with the astral chart for the question.
How should I prepare before the consultation?
Have your question clearly in mind. If you’re unsure how to phrase it, it can help to write down your thoughts and focus on the one thing you most need to understand.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept credit card and PayPal. Once I have your question and any necessary clarifications, I will send you a payment request through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the payment - you can simply use your credit or debit card. The fee for a consultation is USD 120.
What is your refund policy?
A horary chart interpretation requires time, expertise, and thoughtful consideration. Because the consultation fee covers the work performed, refunds are not available under any circumstance.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is fully respected.
I keep ownership of the horary charts and their judgements, and I may use them for educational purposes. However, no personal information will ever be disclosed.
