When the astrologer receives your question and understand it clearly, they cast an astral chart for the exact date, time, and place where they are at that moment. Because of this, your birth time, or the moment you first thought about the question, is not needed.

A horary chart is cast for the time, date, and place where the astrologer understands the question, so you do not need to send your birth details or the moment you first thought of the question.
Once I have your question and any necessary clarifications, I will provide you with the PayPal payment details. The fee for a consultation is USD 120. Horary Astrology can describe situations with accuracy and precision, and I consider myself skilled in this practice, but no astrologer is infallible. The consultation fee covers the time and expertise required to judge the chart and is non‑refundable.
